Description
The London Borough of Bexley is looking to appoint a provider to deliver Bexley’s 0-19 Children’s Public Health Service..
The Provider will be required to deliver services in accordance with the ‘Healthy Child Programme’. The service will deliver:
- 0 – 5 yrs health visiting service including a specialist pathway for vulnerable families
- 5 – 19 yrs school nursing service, vision and hearing screening, the National Child Measurement Programme
- Tier 2 weight management pathway and provision for primary school aged children
- Health Start vitamins
The successful provider must be innovative, flexible, responsive, forward thinking, adaptable, and a leader in the field.
