Full description
An integrated health care service to include:
- GP and primary care service inclusive of dentistry, optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy, sexual health, public health services and other therapeutic services.
- Fully inclusive mental health services both primary and secondary care services.
- Fully integrated substance misuse service
