Description
EMPC wishes to extend this Framework for a further 2 years as stated as an option to extend in F02: Contract notice Notice reference: 2024/S 000-014376 Published: 3 May 2024 with the agreement of the Suppliers.The original procurement documents and resulting framework agreement expressly provided for an extension of up to 24 months. The duration, extension mechanism and maximum contract term were advertised to all potential providers at the outset of the procurement. EMPC is exercising that existing contractual option only. No material change is being made to the scope, nature, providers, or terms of the framework
The modification is limited to the exercise of a pre-advertised contractual extension option contained within the original procurement documents and framework agreement
The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 applies to this Procurement.
