The supplier will provide experienced link workers who will support each young person to create a personalised plan and set goals based on what is important to them. :

To learn techniques to support their wellbeing whilst waiting for specialist support
They offer 1-1 and group health and wellbeing sessions
where in-person social prescribing assessments are offered. This contract will be for one year with the option of extending by a further year
