Preliminary Market Engagement has not been undertaken before this tender process as this is a small-scale works scheme. This tender process relates to a single contract that has not been broken down into multiple lots. The relatively small scale of the project and the need to have economical, proportionate contract management, combined with the nature and scope of the work, are why this procurement has not been broken down into separate lots.
Please note the site visit planned for 10:30am, Friday 1st August 2025. Details can be found in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) instruction document on eTenderwales.
