- Compliance with statutory and governance obligations;
- Demonstrated value for money and sustainability outcomes.
Given the proprietary nature of the existing system, the urgent need to maintain critical hospital services, and the exclusive technical capability of Honeywell, it is appropriate and compliant under the Procurement Act 2023 for this contract to be awarded directly to Honeywell Building Solutions.
