East Lothian Council are looking at our options for our future Licensing IT Software solution used by its Council Resources / Governance / Licensing Department.
The Solution must enable the migration of information from legacy system / New system must interface with ELC Pay for IT facility / There are documented APIs to enable integration with other software products. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
