Lot 9 - Midlands.
The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Consultant will be responsible for devising the relevant specifications; assisting with the
procurement exercise; assisting with evaluating tenders; assisting with contract award; and project management up to practical
completion.
- HVAC replacement in the Mining Heritage Centre (MHC) offices
- Chiller replacement to the rear of the MHC
- PPM contract for all HVAC-related assets
- Replacement Building Management System (BMS)
