Full description
This notice confirms that a contract award has been made due to urgent circumstances.
The service provides early intervention mental health support for children and young people (CYP), including those with autism and/or learning disabilities who meet PALMS criteria. It delivers time-limited support for mild to moderate emotional and mental health needs.
The focus is on prevention and early identification, offering timely support to improve outcomes for CYP and their families/carers, reduce escalation, and support wellbeing within the community.
Interventions are individually tailored and agreed at initial assessment in line with Thrive principles, and may be delivered through 1:1 sessions either face-to-face or online, based on identified needs and goals.
