Lot 1: Managed One-Stop Interpretation and Translation Service. The Provider will offer a
tailored solution that includes advisory services, administrative support, and efficient business
processes to meet the Contracting Authority's requirements for translation and interpretation
services.
The translation and interpretation services and delivery methods within the scope of this Lot
include:
- Face-to-Face Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation
- Telephone Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation
- Video Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation
- Document Translation, Transcription & Ancillary Services
