Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation for 16-17 year olds - Re-opening of Lot 3 Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers

The Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation for 16-17 year olds contract commenced 1 July 2026. Under this contract, Lot 3 - Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers, will remain open for new submissions throughout the contract period. An indicative schedule of evaluation of submissions during the contract period is included in the tender pack.

Accommodation is to be located in the Tees Valley area.

Access to Lot 3 has been extended to Middlesbrough Council. The requirements under this Lot will vary from organisation to organisation. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will only be responsible for their list of contract requirements. If they choose to use the Contract, Middlesbrough Council will be responsible for their individual requirements and contract arrangements.
