- Phase 1C - Façade Retention to Guildhall Shopping Centre Entrance (off Crabbery Street) followed by demolition of 2 storey retail units, associated concrete frame structure and glazed roof to rear of this.
Tenders were invited using the Framework Agreement: CCS Framework RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services.
