Description

The anticipated scope includes advising on the negotiation and agreement of Housing Development Grant Agreements, providing subsidy control advice ancillary to those agreements, supporting the WMCA Legal Services property team on smaller grant matters where the supplier's team size and expertise are proportionate to the requirement, and providing advice and drafting support as instructed by WMCA during the contract period.
