Description

Refurbishment Works to Main University Library Building.

Full description

The works will comprise of various refurbishments throughout the university's library facility.

These will extend from the basement floor to the three upper floors. The basement floor

stacks are to be transformed into new study spaces which complement the existing study

areas on the upper floors. Refurbishment works on the upper floors will be carried out to the

mounted plant/ equipment will also be introduced as part of these works.

The principal contractor will be receive possession of the 4 storey building over the summer 3
