Framework Agreement for Roads Related Maintenance Works

The Council has established a framework comprising a series of Framework Contracts for Roads Related Maintenance Works with several Suppliers. These works and services include, but are not limited to:

• Carriageway resurfacing;
• Footway resurfacing; and
• Minor traffic improvements.

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:

Call Off Contracts let through the Framework Agreement will be less than 4M GBP.
