The following design team services are required- Lot 1: Architect including Fire Safety Design, Disability Access Design, Façade Design, Acoustics, Assigned Certifier, Design Certifier Lot 2: Project Manager Lot 3: Civil / Structural Engineer Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineer Lot 5: Quantity Surveyor Lot 6: Landscape Architect Lot 7: Independent Energy Consultant Lot 8: Project Supervisor Design Stage - PSDP
