Description
Provision of multi disciplinary consultancy services to develop design options for improved public realm and urban amenity, obtain a planning grant and provide detailed drawings/documentation for the Carrick on Suir Regeneration Plan ‘A Journey from the Suir Blueway to the Ormond Castle’. The purpose of this request for tender is for Tipperary County Council to secure the services of a suitability qualified, experienced and competent architectural or civil/structural engineering led design team (Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team) to provide all required consultancy services and related services to develop design options for improved public realm and urban amenity, obtain a planning grant and provide detailed drawings/documentation for the Carrick on Suir Regeneration Plan ‘A Journey from the Suir Blueway to the Ormond Castle Quarter’ — refer to project brief for detailed description.
