Therefore this award relates to subsequent service of existing systems and supply of liquid handlers and related accessories, consumables, upgrades, extended warranty and or service, maintenance and or repair referred to within the Contract Notice. Potential cumulative spend value of purchases under this agreement will not exceed GBP 1.5M over the initial five (5) years. Total value of procurement advised within II.1.7 is GBP 1.5M

The initial purchase is for The Centre for Targeted Protein Degradation (CeTPD) did not materialise due to funding. However this procedure enabled the establishment of the agreement going forward for subsequent liquid handlers and related accessories, consumables, upgrades, extended warranty and or service, maintenance and repair (including service, maintenance and repair of existing units, and supply of consumables, accessories and upgrades of existing units).
