The Council are looking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the delivery of Maintenance and Refurbishment of Tenanted Properties.
That will include the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms as well as electrical rewiring works. The works will be required to approximately 3,175 properties in total across Renfrewshire.. This is a contract with no guarantee of spend under the SBCC Measured Term Contract 2011 Edition with Employer’s Amendments.
