The Council Consortium comprising East Lothian, Fife Council, Midlothian, Scottish Borders, The City of Edinburgh and West Lothian Councils herein referred to as ‘the Consortium Members’, seeks the provision of Weather Forecasting and Related Services in accordance with the Service Requirements that includes the following;

Provision of Mobile Tablet Devices
