- Demonstrate compliance with the Ionising Radiations Regulations (IRRs) and the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations (REPPIR).
- Demonstrate that NRS Dounreay is fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a Nuclear Site Licensee where applicable.
